Returns.
Every object is numbered to you. We hold that as a promise both ways.
If an object reaches you damaged, or is not the one you chose, write to us within seven days of delivery. We replace it, or return the amount in full.
Because each object is sealed and numbered by hand, an opened object stays with you. A sealed object, unused, comes back to us within fourteen days of delivery.
A refund returns to the original method of payment within seven working days of the object reaching us.
